The SiC MOSFET crosstalk suppression driving circuit comprises a half-bridge driving chip, a half-bridge circuit and a pair of crosstalk suppression circuits, wherein the half-bridge circuit comprises an upper bridge arm and a lower bridge arm which are formed by SiC MOSFETs; the half-bridge driving chip outputs a pair of complementary upper bridge arm PWM signal and lower bridge arm PWM signal; the input of the upper bridge arm crosstalk suppression circuit is a lower bridge arm PWM signal, and the output of the upper bridge arm crosstalk suppression circuit is connected to the grid electrode of the SiC MOSFET of the upper bridge arm; and vice versa; each crosstalk suppression circuit comprises a differentiating circuit and a switching tube, the differentiating circuit converts an input PWM signal into a spike pulse to serve as a control signal of the switching tube, and two output ends of the switching tube are connected to a grid e |
