Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a gas turbine unit black start process control method, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out comprehensive self-evaluation on a gas turbine unit to ensure that the gas turbine unit meets a black start condition; starting the diesel generating set, and applying an optimization algorithm to realize optimal energy distribution; analyzing gas turbine unit system parameters under the optimal black start condition, and activating a control system; a variable starting strategy is implemented, system parameters are optimized, and secondary adjustment is carried out; when a preset speed and a stable state are reached, smoothly accessing the power grid, and performing third adjustment; starting a load management system, analyzing a power grid recovery condition, optimizing system parameters, and performing fourth adjustment; and after the power grid is stable, the gas turbine unit is recovered to the normal operation mode.
