The core of the method is to realize the combined recovery of the waste ternary positive electrode material by using a power battery positive electrode active substance lithium iron phosphate with reducibility under an acidic condition as a reducing agent, a leaching, coprecipitation and high-temperature solid-phase method recovery route is constructed, and a complete closed-loop recovery process is completed.
