The fault work order processing method comprises the steps of determining current node information of a current process node; wherein the current node information comprises at least one of fault information and a fault analysis result; determining fault handling information of a current process node according to the current node information, and updating the fault handling information to the current node information; and determining the fault response information of the next process node according to the current node information so as to determine the fault response information of the whole process.
