Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a crystal plasticity finite element model modeling method based on EBSD data and application. The method comprises the following steps of: analyzing EBSD data of a scale distance section interest region by using a Channel 5 platform; processing the EBSD data in MTEX, defining the orientation difference of 10 degrees as a grain boundary, and exporting grain boundary contour data; importing the grain boundary contour data into ABAQUS to establish a three-dimensional geometric model; meanwhile, the orientation of actual crystal grains is given to the corresponding crystal grains in the model in an Euler angle mode. The finite element model established by the method comprises the real crystal grain morphology, size, position and orientation of the material, and the accuracy of crystal plasticity finite element simulation is greatly improved. The method has a wide application prospect in material research.
