Master data model for aviation training

The present disclosure provides for taking unstructured data (e.g., flight manual) containing programs for operating an aircraft and converting the unstructured data into semi-structured data listing the programs and steps in these programs. In addition, the program steps are converted into a data structure in a participant-behavior-object format.
