The generating device comprises a laser Pump, a half-wave plate HWP, a full-wave liquid crystal variable retarder VPR, a vortex wave plate WPV, a first polarization beam splitter PBS1, a first lens Lens 1, a periodically poled potassium titanyl phosphate crystal PPKTP, a second lens Lens 2, a cut-off filter and a second polarization beam splitter PBS2.
