The multi-way valve comprises an inclined oil cylinder reversing valve, a lifting oil cylinder reversing valve, an auxiliary reversing valve and a fixed damping hole, a first oil inlet of the inclined oil cylinder reversing valve is connected with an oil inlet of the multi-way valve, a second oil inlet of the inclined oil cylinder reversing valve is connected with an oil inlet of the multi-way valve through a first one-way valve, and a first oil outlet of the inclined oil cylinder reversing valve is connected with a first oil inlet of the lifting oil cylinder reversing valve. A second oil inlet of the lifting oil cylinder reversing valve is connected with a first oil outlet of the inclined oil cylinder reversing valve and one end of a fixed damping hole through a second one-way valve, and a first oil outlet is connected with the other end of the fixed damping hole and a first oil inlet of the auxiliary reversing valve.
