Zusammenfassung: | According to the efficient stainless steel low-temperature nitriding method and device, high-density argon ions and electrons are generated through the ion source, the electrons generated by the ion source are attracted through the anode, nitrogen and hydrogen existing in the cavity are ionized in the electron movement process, and the nitriding efficiency is improved. In addition, the influence on the quality of the nitriding sample caused by extra bombardment heating of electrons on the stainless steel substrate can be avoided; a magnetic field is arranged around the deposition cavity, and the uniformity of the thickness of a nitriding layer of a sample located at different rotating stand positions can be improved by utilizing the movement rule of plasma in the magnetic field.
