Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method of cat induced pluripotent stem cells, which comprises the following steps: constructing a piggyBac transposon plasmid carrying four factors of cat source OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and c-MYC which are connected in series, a piggyBac transposon plasmid carrying two factors of cat source or pig source NANOG and LIN28 which are connected in series, and a piggyBac transposon plasmid carrying monkey kidney virus SV40LT plasmid, and transfecting into a cat fetal fibroblast; and selecting clone-like cells similar to embryonic stem cell morphology, identifying and screening cell clones conforming to embryonic stem cell characteristics, and carrying out subculture to obtain the embryonic stem cell clone.
