Zusammenfassung:The invention provides construction of a miRNAs diagnosis model captured based on glycosylated exosomes and diagnosis application of early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and belongs to the technical field of medical diagnosis. According to the invention, hyacinth bean agglutinin and wheat germ agglutinin are coupled with magnetic beads to efficiently capture the glycosylated serum exosome, the separated glycosylated exosome is subjected to high-throughput sequencing, and the sequencing result is subjected to bioinformatics analysis, so that a diagnosis model of the glycosylated exosome miRNAs is successfully constructed; therefore, the non-invasive liquid biopsy is used for early diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. 本发明提供了一种基于糖基化外泌体捕获的miRNAs诊断模型的构建及早期食管鳞状细胞癌的诊断应用,属于医学诊断技术领域。本发明利用扁豆凝集素和小麦胚芽凝集素偶联磁珠高效捕获糖基化的血清外泌体,对分离后的糖基化外泌体进行高通量测序,对测序结果进行生物信息学分析,成功的构建了糖基化外泌体miRNAs的诊断模型,从而作为非侵入性液体活检用于食管鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断。
