Zusammenfassung: | According to the FDM process-based barium strontium titanate/polyether-ether-ketone composite wire and the preparation method thereof, through component design, the optimal proportion of material composition is obtained; through optimization of preparation process parameters, stable wire output of an extruder is achieved, and the barium strontium titanate/polyether-ether-ketone composite wire with the standard diameter is obtained. The composite wire has a series of dielectric constants, small dielectric loss and tensile strength superior to that of most polymers, and the composite wire is simple in preparation process, low in requirement for preparation equipment, short in preparation period, economical, convenient and fast, has diameter parameters suitable for an FDM process and can be widely applied to the field of polymer materials. And a technical basis is provided for preparation and structure-function integrated application of the ceramic/polymer material.
