Zusammenfassung:According to the BST/PVDF-ABS composite wire for fused deposition modeling and the preparation method thereof, surface treatment is performed on BST powder by using 30wt% of hydrogen peroxide and a KH550 silane coupling agent, so that the interfacial compatibility of BST and a polymer is improved; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain BST/PVDF-ABS composite powder; and adding the composite powder into a double-screw extruder, and adjusting different temperature zone temperatures, feeding speeds, main machine rotating speeds and winding speeds to obtain the composite wire with the diameter of 1.75 +/-0.05 mm. The prepared BST/PVDF-ABS composite wire is stable in size, suitable for being processed and formed by adopting an FDM forming technology, simple in preparation technology, low in equipment requirement, short in preparation period and large in yield, the obtained wire can be directly used, secondary treatment is not needed, and the BST/PVDF-AB
