Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, and provides flame-retardant polystyrene particles and a preparation method and application thereof.The flame-retardant polystyrene particles are prepared from, by weight, 80-90 parts of polystyrene, 10-18 parts of flame retardant, 4-8 parts of acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer, 10-16 parts of filler, 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.4-0.8 part of lubricant; the flame retardant comprises the following components: magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hypophosphite and phenol-biphenylene type epoxy resin. According to the technical scheme, the problems of poor flame retardance and low impact strength of polystyrene in the prior art are solved. 本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,提出了一种阻燃型聚苯乙烯颗粒及其制备方法和应用,阻燃型聚苯乙烯颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:聚苯乙烯80~90份、阻燃剂10~18份、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物4~8份、填料10~16份、抗氧剂0.5~2份、润滑剂0.4~0.8份;阻燃剂的组分包括氢氧化镁、次磷酸铝和苯酚-亚联苯型环氧树脂。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的聚苯乙烯阻燃性较差和冲击强度较低的问题。
