Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an antistatic graphene-based flame retardant and a preparation method and application thereof.The flame retardant is prepared by heating a DOPO solution, then sequentially adding an FA solution, a GO solution and NaBH4 for a three-stage reaction, and after the reaction is finished, conducting filtering, washing and drying. The flame retardant has excellent flame retardant property and antistatic property, and can participate in the curing process of epoxy resin through active groups contained in the flame retardant; the flame retardant serving as a reactive additive and epoxy resin are synergistically applied to an electronic packaging material, and the flame-retardant and antistatic effects of a product can be effectively improved. 本发明公开了一种抗静电石墨烯基阻燃剂及其制备方法与应用,该阻燃剂是将DOPO溶液加热后,再依次加入FA溶液、GO溶液、NaBH4进行三段反应,反应结束后经过滤、洗涤、烘干制得。该阻燃剂具有优异的阻燃性能以及抗静电性能,且能够通过含有的活性基团参与环氧树脂的固化过程;该阻燃剂作为反应型添加剂与环氧树脂协同应用于电子封装材料,能够有效提高产品的阻燃及抗静电效果。
