Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an industrial robot motion stability analysis method in a future factory open environment. Comprising the following steps that multi-source uncertainty parameters existing in an industrial robot in an open environment are considered, an industrial robot movement speed deviation function is constructed, and a failure probability representation model of an industrial robot movement stability index is established; calculating a fractional exponential moment target value of the motion speed deviation function of the industrial robot by adopting a sparse grid method; and a mixed probability distribution model containing unknown parameters is established, the unknown parameters of the mixed probability distribution model are solved by adopting a Bayesian sequence updating method, the mixed probability distribution model is corrected, and finally the motion stability index of the industrial robot is calculated.
