Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a high-carbon steel slab continuous casting secondary cooling control method, which comprises the following steps that a secondary cooling area is divided into a first area to a fifth area along a throwing direction, and the cooling strength ratios are 4.3-5.8, 4.1-5.3, 3.6-4.7, 2.0-2.6 and 1.0; in the transverse width of the secondary cooling area, water is distributed to the center part, the secondary middle part and the edge part in sequence according to T center + (-1.3%-2.0%), T secondary middle + (-2.0%-3.2%) and T edge part + (-2.5%-0); wherein the first area, the second area, the third area, the fourth area and the fifth area are sequentially distributed in the secondary cooling area and completely cover the secondary cooling area, and the lengths of the first area, the second area, the third area, the fourth area and the fifth area in the throwing direction are 0.45-0.55 m, 1.4-1.55 m, 2.0-2.2 m, 2.4-2.6 m and 2.45-2.65 m respectively.
