The method is used for solving the problems of low dehydration efficiency and poor mechanical property of a pervaporation membrane in tetrahydrofuran recovery in the prior art. The preparation method of the pervaporation membrane comprises the following steps: mixing an acrylic acid grafted polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, PSMA grafted carbon nanotubes, polyimide and a solvent, adding a cross-linking agent and a catalyst, stirring, standing and defoaming to obtain a membrane casting solution; pouring the membrane casting solution onto a glass plate under the conditions of room temperature and relative air humidity lower than 60%, and scraping the membrane casting solution into a uniform liquid thin layer by using a membrane scraping knife; putting the liquid
