The system comprises a primary esterification reactor, a secondary esterification pre-reactor, a secondary esterification reaction rectifying tower, a methanol recovery tower, a compressor and a hydrogenation unit, the secondary esterification reaction rectifying tower is provided with a bottom gas phase inlet, a bottom discharge port, a middle feed port and a tower top gas phase outlet, and the methanol recovery tower is provided with a mixed steam inlet and a methanol steam outlet; a discharge port of the primary esterification reactor is communicated with a feed port of the secondary esterification pre-reactor, and a discharge port of the secondary esterification pre-reactor is communicated with a middle feed port of the secondary esterification reaction rectifying tower; a tower top gas phase outlet of the secondary esterification reaction rectifying tower is communicated with a mixed steam inlet of the methanol recovery tower,
