Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an injectable micro-nano composite microsphere with a sequential controlled release function as well as preparation and application of the injectable micro-nano composite microsphere. A main body scaffold material of the injectable micro-nano composite microsphere (SDF-1/PLGA-ECM MS) is a decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM), PLGA is used as an auxiliary material and adsorbs cytokines IL-4 and SDF-1, and the injectable micro-nano composite microsphere can be used for preparing the injectable micro-nano composite microsphere through compounding of a micro-nano structure and different degradation speeds of the decellularized extracellular matrix and the PLGA. The sequential release of cell factors IL-4 and SDF-1 is realized, so that the local inflammation after tissue defect can be improved, and the regeneration and repair of the defect tissue can be promoted.
