Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an application of a protein NT5C1B in in-vitro cryopreservation of porcine sperms. The freezing preservation quality of the boar semen is improved by adding the antifreeze protein NT5C1B into the semen freezing preservation liquid. According to the semen diluent provided by the invention, the cryopreservation activity and quality of semen can be remarkably improved, and the in-vitro preservation time of sperms can be prolonged; meanwhile, compared with a control group, the unfrozen sperm motility can be improved by about 11%. The method is easy and convenient to operate, remarkable in effect and free of any harmful effect on pigs.
