Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power terminal satellite-ground fusion transmission enhancement method with switching perception capability, which aims at satellite-ground cooperative transmission optimization design of a power terminal communication link during inter-satellite and satellite-ground switching, and comprises the following steps: establishing a satellite-ground fusion communication system model containing a general power terminal and a power terminal to be switched at the same time, modeling a satellite-ground link channel and deducing a communication rate of the power terminal; describing a transmission enhancement design problem of low earth orbit satellite transmitting power minimization, and emphatically considering a robust constraint of a signal to interference plus noise ratio and a residual visual time transmission constraint; non-convex constraint of the problem is equivalent to convex constraint based on positive semidefinite relaxation, S-process and convex approximation technologies; and i
