The flow making system comprises a pool body and an internal circulation flow making machine. The icebreaking simulation system comprises a submarine model, a base and a plurality of jacking devices. And the plurality of jacking devices are in spherical hinge connection with different positions of the submarine model so as to adjust the height and the pitching angle of the submarine model.
