The novel structure comprises an outer wheel, a shaft wheel, an inner wheel, a tapered roller, a retainer, an inner side sealing assembly and an outer side sealing assembly, the tapered rollers are arranged among the outer wheel, the shaft wheel and the inner wheel, and the tapered rollers are isolated through a retainer; the inner side sealing assembly and the outer side sealing assembly are arranged in end gaps between the outer wheel and the shaft wheel and between the outer wheel and the inner wheel respectively. The shaft wheel is further provided with a novel structural surface.
