The invention relates to the technical field of engines, and discloses a free-rotating-speed full-reverse-rotation engine which is a diskless shaft full-reverse-rotation engine and comprises a main engine and a central duct, the main engine comprises an air inlet channel, an electric drive compression component, a combustion chamber, a turbine generator and an exhaust section, and the combustion chamber is connected with a fuel oil control system. The center duct comprises an air inlet section inner casing and an exhaust section inner casing which are shared by the main engine and have adjustable angles, the inner casing of the main engine forms an outer casing of the center duct, a center fan is arranged in the center duct, and the power supply control system adjusts the rotating speed of each stage of rotor blades and turbine moving blades. A mechanical shaft and a disc of a traditional engine are omitted through the power supply control system, the rotating speed of each stage of rotor blade in the electri
