Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to 1100MPa-grade high-strength steel with a low yield ratio and a production method of the 1100MPa-grade high-strength steel. The steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.11%-0.17% of C, 0.5%-0.6% of Si, 1.4%-2.4% of Mn, 0.5%-0.6% of Cr, 0.8%-1.5% of Ni, 0.2%-0.5% of Mo, 0.05%-0.06% of Nb, 0.03%-0.07% of V, 0.01%-0.02% of Ti, 0.03%-0.05% of Al, 0.8%-1.4% of Cu and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. Through alloy component design, controlled rolling and controlled cooling and off-line two-phase region quenching and low-temperature tempering heat treatment process control phase composition, the finally obtained steel plate has high strength and lower yield ratio. 本发明涉及一种低屈强比1100MPa级高强钢及其生产方法,钢板的化学成分按质量百分数计为:C 0.11%~0.17%、Si 0.5%~0.6%、Mn 1.4%~2.4%、Cr 0.5%~0.6%、Ni 0.8%~1.5%、Mo 0.2%~0.5%、Nb 0.05%~0.06%、V 0.03%~0.07%、Ti 0.01%~0.02%、Al 0.03%~0.05%、Cu 0.8%~1.4%,余量为Fe和不可避免杂质。本发明通过合金成分设计、控轧控冷与离线两相区淬火+低温回火热处理工艺控制相组成,最终获得的钢板具有高强度与较低的屈强比。
