Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to application of grape VvHSF30 to regulation and control of basic salt stress resistance of plants. VvHSF30 transcripts and activates the expression of a vacuolar transport vector ABCC3, so as to promote-HCO3 efflux, reduce-HCO3 accumulation, promote H < + > efflux and improve the pH of a root domain; the alkaline salt resistance is improved through the above ways. The bicarbonate root tolerance of transgenic plants can be enhanced by overexpressing the VvHSF30 in plants such as tobacco and arabidopsis thaliana.
