Zusammenfassung:The invention is applicable to the technical field of molecular biology, and provides a construction method and application of corynebacterium glutamicum for producing L-lysine, the corynebacterium glutamicum DXMC013 is obtained by replacing a corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032 VOC gene with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1 through homologous exchange, and the corynebacterium glutamicum DXMC013 is obtained through mutation of a VOC gene fragment with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.2; the invention further provides application of the corynebacterium glutamicum DXMC013 in production of L-lysine, and compared with original bacteria, the corynebacterium glutamicum DXMC013 can improve the yield and growth speed of the L-lysine. 本发明适用于分子生物技术领域,提出了一种产L-赖氨酸的谷氨酸棒杆菌的构建方法及应用,通过同源交换将突变后VOC基因片段,核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示,替换谷氨酸棒杆菌ATCC 13032 VOC基因,核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.2所示,得到谷氨酸棒杆菌DXMC013;本发明还提供了谷氨酸棒杆菌DXMC013在产L-赖氨酸中的应用,相较于原始菌,其能够提高L-赖氨酸的产量和生长速度。
