Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for improving the capability of escherichia coli for producing O-succinyl-L-homoserine by utilizing adaptive evolution, which comprises the following steps: taking escherichia coli which is deficient in cystamine-gamma-synthase and homoserine kinase and releases feedback repression as an original strain; the escherichia coli is subjected to test tube passage pressure screening by using culture media containing different concentrations of O-succinyl-L-homoserine under an aerobic condition, and adaptive evolution is carried out in this way, so that the escherichia coli with high yield of O-succinyl-L-homoserine and good growth performance is obtained.
