Zusammenfassung:According to the preparation method of the 3-methylene (benzyl) piperidine, sodium tungstate is taken as a catalyst, hydrogen peroxide is taken as an oxidizing agent, an oxidized product can be obtained under a mild condition by cooperating with a micro-channel method, and then the oxidized product is further coupled with electron-deficient substituent groups such as p-toluenesulfonyl to prepare electron-deficient 3-methylene (benzyl) azetidine. And finally reacting with olefin under the catalytic action of silver nitrate to obtain the 3-methylene (benzyl) piperidine derivative.
