According to the high-adsorption and high-compression-resistance molecular sieve disclosed by the invention, the aluminosilicate molecular sieve is taken as a matrix, and the yttrium-regulated and modified bentonite agent and the hydroxyapatite regulator are added and are mutually blended and jointly synergized, so that the compression resistance, the adsorbability and the abrasion resistance of the product are enhanced.
