According to the method, polyvinyl alcohol, zinc acetate, a liquid metal gallium-indium alloy, water and ethanol are taken as main raw materials, the liquid metal gallium-indium alloy and the zinc acetate are taken as conductive components, and are ultrasonically dispersed in a solution to form conductive ink, and the conductive ink is printed on a paper-based material to obtain the flexible conductive electrode patch with excellent conductivity and low skin contact resistance. An acquisition unit of a conductive electrode is printed on a flexible device to serve as an electroencephalogram signal acquisition carrier.
