The invention relates to an implant (1) for influencing the blood flow in the region of an aneurysm located at a vascular branch of a blood vessel, the implant (1) being implanted in the blood vessel in an expanded state, the implant (1) being movable through the blood vessel or catheter in a stretched state with a reduced diameter; wherein the implant (1) has at least three parts (2, 3), which are tubular at least in the expanded state, the walls of which are formed by interlaced threads (4) or interconnected struts, and which have at least two tubular parts (3) branching off from a first tubular part (2); wherein the at least three tubular parts (2, 3) are designed separately and are connected to one another at one end in each case in such a way that, in the expanded state, blood is ensured to flow through the first tubular part (2) into the tubular part (3) branching off from the first tubular part (2). By means of the implant (1) according to the invention, a target coverage of the neck of an aneurysm can
