Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an anion-cation co-doped lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, cobaltosic oxide is taken as a precursor, and the anion-cation co-doped lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material is prepared by doping two elements of yttrium and fluorine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a yttrium source, a fluorine source and a precursor cobaltosic oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out oil bath evaporation to dryness to obtain a yttrium and fluorine pre-coated precursor; and (2) mixing the pre-coated precursor with lithium carbonate, and performing high-temperature sintering synthesis to obtain the yttrium and fluorine anion-cation co-doped modified lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material.
