The method comprises the following steps: step 1, inputting full-length medical images of both lower limbs of a subject; 2, preprocessing the full-length medical images of the two lower limbs; 3, segmenting the preprocessed full-length medical images of the two lower limbs by using an image segmentation network model to obtain segmented images of the pelvis, the femur and the tibia; step 4, acquiring anatomical parameters of the pelvis, the femur and the tibia by using the segmented image; and 5, creating a personalized bone muscle model by using the anatomical parameters.
