The embodiment of the invention provides a touch integrated chip, a touch display module and a display device. The touch integrated chip comprises an electric connection structure; the touch bare chip is arranged on the first surface of the electric connection structure; the electrical element comprises a plurality of capacitors, the plurality of capacitors are arranged on the first surface and/or the second surface of the electrical connection structure, and at least part of the capacitors are electrically connected with the touch bare chip through the electrical connection structure; and the plurality of spherical pins are arranged on the second surface of the electric connection structure, and at least part of the spherical pins are electrically connected with the touch bare chip through the electric connection structure.
