According to the technical scheme, the method is characterized in that Young modulus and tensile strength fitting formulas under different confining pressures are obtained through a target stratum drilling core rock mechanics experiment; based on the logging data and the seismic data, carrying out balance profile recovery on the geological structure, and calculating real curvatures in different deformation periods; on the basis of the Hooke's law, critical line strain corresponding to rock stratum snapping is converted into target stratum critical curvature which represents the initial formation condition of the anticline top tension fracture, and critical curvatures in different deformation periods are calculated; and comparing the real curvatures with the critical curvatures in different deformation periods, and judging whether the top of the bent rock stratum has a tectonic fracture forming conditio
