According to the implementation scheme, the number of sampling times is determined according to the configuration and the movement speed of an antenna array; sampling by using a moving antenna array, and constructing an output vector of a sampling array; calculating a phase correction factor according to the output vector of the sampling array; correcting an output vector of the sampling array by using the phase correction factor; constructing an output vector of the synthetic array according to the corrected output vector; expanding an output vector of the synthetic array by using the configuration of the synthetic array, and constructing a covariance matrix of the expanded output vector and a reconstruction matrix of the expanded covariance matrix; and performing DOA estimation by using a MUSIC algorithm according to the reconstruction matrix.
