Zusammenfassung:	A building rainproof window comprises a window frame and a rotatable glass installation frame, an outward-opening outward-falling window is formed, an inner glass window and an outer glass window are arranged in the glass installation frame, the outer glass window is in sliding connection with the installation frame and can stretch out through a linear driving mechanism, the glass installation frame is provided with a water guide groove and a water wheel, and the water wheel is connected with an electromagnetic generator and a controller. When the window is opened and the water wheel rotates, the electromagnetic generator supplies power to the signal transmitter, the linear driving mechanism is controlled to be started, the outer-layer glass window extends out, and when the window is closed, a sensor signal enables the controller to cut off connection between the signal transmitter and the electromagnetic generator; under the condition that the window cannot be closed in time, the indoor environment can be ef
