Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a PS nickel converter air hole area filling method which comprises the following steps that (1) a gasket is arranged between a converter shell and an air hole brick, the gasket abuts against the inner wall of the converter shell, an oval hole is formed in the gasket, the hole corresponds to an air hole of the air hole brick, and a gap is formed between the gasket and the air hole brick; (2) an air pipe penetrates through the side wall of the furnace shell and is inserted into the air holes of the air hole bricks, and the air pipe passes through the holes; and (3) filler is added into the gaps, the filler is a mixture of magnesium powder and brine, and the mass percent of the magnesium powder to the brine is (5-6): 1.
