Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) molecular target for rapidly identifying bacillus cereus and bacillus thuringiensis and application of the novel SNP molecular target. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a bacillus cereus group strain genome, carrying out authenticity confirmation analysis on existing strain classification information, slicing a whole genome sequence of standard strains of bacillus cereus and bacillus thuringiensis according to CRISPR/Cas12a identification requirements, and identifying the whole genome sequence of the standard strains of bacillus cereus and bacillus thuringiensis. Distinguishable target sequences NC-2 and ANN which are highly conservative in a non-coding region and have SNP difference are screened through comparison, and the group of experimental strains is used for verifying and screening novel molecular targets for distinguishing bacillus cereus and bacillus thuringiensis.
