According to the culture device, a sealing cover is arranged at the top of a culture column, a sealing ring is arranged between the sealing cover and the culture column, a water sampling pipe and a gas sampling pipe are arranged on the sealing cover, and three-way valves in sealed connection are arranged above the water sampling pipe and the gas sampling pipe.
