According to the photocatalytic antibacterial coating, a thienyl polymer serves as an active component, inorganic hybrid sol serves as a carrier, and the thienyl polymer is PD-(COOH) 2 or PD-COOH and has no fixed morphology; the carrier is inorganic hybrid silica sol or inorganic hybrid silicon-titanium sol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a polymer, preparing hybrid sol, forming a bond between the polymer and the hybrid silica sol by adopting a thermal polymerization method to prepare the antibacterial sol coating, and the like.
