Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an insulating coating material for a self-closing line of an electrified railway. The coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of FEVE fluorocarbon resin, 40-60 parts of an organic solvent, 5-15 parts of a curing agent, 10-30 parts of filler, 5-15 parts of a drier, 5-15 parts of a wear-resistant agent, 2-6 parts of a dispersing agent, 5-8 parts of a flame retardant, 3-5 parts of a coupling agent and 1-3 parts of pigment. The insulating coating material for the self-closing line of the electrified railway is short in curing time, high in strength after curing and good in flame retardance and wear resistance.
