Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of buoyancy materials, in particular to a low-density solid buoyancy material and a preparation method thereof.The buoyancy material is obtained by evenly mixing modified EPS, a matrix and basalt fibers and conducting curing forming; the matrix is prepared by mixing hollow glass microspheres, epoxy resin and a curing agent, the modified EPS is composed of an EPS core layer and a wrapping layer, and the wrapping layer is prepared from epoxy resin, an amine curing agent and hollow glass microspheres. The hollow glass microsphere-EHS is added into the epoxy composite foam, so that the density of the material is reduced, and the compression resistance of the material is not greatly reduced. The BF-ESF with low density and certain compression resistance is prepared by adding a certain amount of basalt fiber with a certain length into the ESF.
