Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting OX40 as well as preparation and application of the fully human monoclonal antibody. Specifically, the invention provides an antibody targeting OX40, the antibody comprises a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region, the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 of which amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 3, 4 and 5, and the heavy chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2 and LCDR3 of which amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4 and SEQ ID NO: 5; and/or the heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2 and HCDR3 of which the amino acid sequences are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO: 8, 9 and 10.
