When the initial concentration of malachite green MG is 200mg/L, R12 cells are 8.0 g/L, and the temperature is 30 DEG C and the pH value is 6.0, the reaction is performed for 30 minutes, and the degradation rate is 99.80%. When the initial concentration of MG is 1000 mg/L, the degradation rate can reach 95% or above after the reaction is carried out for 1.5 h.
