The method comprises the steps that when it is monitored that a vehicle is started, vehicle data are obtained in real time, and the final vehicle weight is calculated through the vehicle data; when it is detected that the vehicle meets a slope calculation condition, calculating an estimated slope value according to the final weight of the whole vehicle; and according to the final weight of the whole vehicle and the estimated slope value, an output reverse dragging torque value is determined, and anti-overspeed control is conducted on the vehicle according to the reverse dragging torque value.
