Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a processing and preparing method of a BOPP capacitor film, and belongs to the technical field of polypropylene capacitor films. The method comprises the following steps: melting and homogenizing polypropylene granules in a double-bolt extruder to obtain a polypropylene melt; transferring the polypropylene melt to a quenching roller through a slit mouth mold of the double-bolt extruder, and carrying out tape casting to form a cast sheet; and cutting the casting sheet into a sheet material with a preset size, preheating the sheet material, and putting the preheated sheet material in a bidirectional stenter for stretching processing so as to prepare the BOPP capacitor film.
