Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a lightweight aluminum alloy thrust rod and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively manufacturing the spherical hinge seat and the column pipe by using 6000-series aluminum alloy; solid solution treatment, water cooling treatment and artificial aging treatment are conducted on the spherical hinge base and/or the column pipe in sequence; the column pipe and the spherical hinge base are welded through friction welding, and a welded assembly is obtained; and carrying out artificial semi-aging treatment on the welded assembly.
