Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a lightweight aluminum alloy thrust rod and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively manufacturing the spherical hinge seat and the column pipe by using 6000-series aluminum alloy; solid solution treatment, water cooling treatment and artificial aging treatment are conducted on the spherical hinge base and/or the column pipe in sequence; the column pipe and the spherical hinge base are welded through friction welding, and a welded assembly is obtained; and carrying out artificial semi-aging treatment on the welded assembly. According to the method, solid solution treatment, water cooling treatment and artificial aging treatment are conducted on the spherical hinge base and the column pipe before friction welding, so that the strength of the spherical hinge base and the strength of the column pipe are optimized; in the friction welding stage, the welding strength is guaranteed by adopting a method of reducing h |
